I offer a number of different bike servicing options to suit any cyclist. All the prices exclude parts (except the Full Service where some parts are included). I will supply the parts at competitive prices or if you want to buy the parts yourself I will happily fit them for you. Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have a query.
If I find that any parts need replacing, I will always let you know before fitting as there will be an extra charge.
There might be a small additional charge to fit replacement parts – but I will let you know before fitting.
Basic Service £45
Aimed at bikes that don’t do many miles.
- Wash bike
- Check/lube/adjust gears
- Check/lube/adjust brakes
- Check tyres for damage and inflate to correct pressure
- Lube chain and check for excess wear
- Check/tighten all nuts and bolts
- Test ride before delivery to check everything’s OK
Medium Service £75
This is aimed at bikes that are seeing more regular use.
Includes all items in the Basic Service plus:
- Check and adjust headset
- Check bottom bracket and chainset
- Check wheels, hubs and bearings
- Check frame and fork alignment
- True wheels on a truing stand
- Remove cassette and clean in an ultrasound cleaning tank
Full Service £110
Aimed at bikes that cover a lot of miles.
Includes all the Medium Service plus:
- All components stripped off the bike inspected and cleaned
- Headset dismantled, inspected & lubed
- True wheels on jig if necessary
- Wheel hubs serviced and lubed
- Replace brake gear/cables and outers if required
- Bleed hydraulic brakes
There may be additional charges for fitting parts during a full service, however Cables & Cable ends are included in the price.
We also offer complete bike repair service. Small repairs can be carried out where you are but some larger repairs and repairs that require specific parts to be ordered will be carried out at the workshop.
